Horrible experience for a Sports Fan. A NONstarter. Management is CLUELESS. Called yesterday specifically to ask if The Iron Bowl - Alabama v Auburn game would be played on their TVs so we could bring some out of town friend there to root their team on. I was told "oh yes, absolutely"- and they said the sound would be on as well. Not only was the game not playing, but as kickoff time came And went we were begging the servers to PLEASE put the game On for us. We asked over 10 times and they lied saying it was being programmed. It never came on until 3 minutes into the game- then there was no sound! I pleaded with the server to please put the sound on. Asked her to PLEASE see the manager. She told me he was meeting with a guest in the "theatre" and couldn't come to our table. I went in, informed him of what a terrible disappointment his staff and establishment is that they can honor a simple request. I own a company in PSL with 712 employees. I will PAY for Their meals elsewhere if they promise to boycott DUFFY's. DUFFY's IS CLUELESS!!!!!!

The management really does need work. If they're not yelling across the room at the other workers, they're forgetting to get what you asked for in the first place. The food is okay, nothing extraordinary. Service was fast, almost too fast- considering one of the men at my table's cabbage was way undercooked, and had to be taken back into the kitchen for extra cooking time. It is very loud, but that's to be expected at a sports bar. If you go, go on a Monday while they have the $11.99 specials.

Waitress took our order, brought our sodas, delivered food & then never saw her again. we had to ask another waitress for soda refills. When she finally returned I asked her for the check & doggie bag. She came back with them and dropped them on the table and took off again. Food was ok, service was terrible. Won't go back because of poor service.

From my hotel, I find Duffy's to be a convenient place to catch up on sports, chat with other fans, and relax after work. They have good deals for some things. One example is getting two pints of Yuengling for $5.33. Heck of a deal, even for a Wednesday. Sometimes service can be slow. I wouldn't trade bartender Jennifer for another though. Ample parking outside. Smokers can sit outside yet out of the rain and still catch TV. Inside is loud, like BW3 Loud. Tons of TVs. Menu is typical sports bar fare. They have a "Duffy's MVP" frequent buyer program.

I had been here a few times previously in the past as my parents live in the area. I decided to stop in for a quick beer and appetizer at the bar last Thursday. I walked in at 3:45pm and the bar was 3/4 full. There was one bartender and the general condition of the bar was sloppy. There were dirty areas of the bar, empty plates-bottles from past patrons etc. I waited for 5 minutes (I timed it) and was not served. The bartender had originally acknowledged me when two other people had sat down next to me. I then waited two more minutes and decided to leave as I had just had a bad feeling about the place. There were at least 4 or 5 bar backs and servers that had made their way to or through the bar and did not help clean anything or even look to ask the bartender if they needed help. You could see a manager and and servers standing around and talking the whole time. There was one group and some sort of secondary small bar they have and another group at the front door. I went over to TGI Fridays and had good, attentive service.

I did fail to mention, also, in my first review, that I did take an appetizer sampler back to my hotel room and that was good. I will come back here again, and try again.

Went one last time on Thus night. ONLY two ladies tending bar when it was over full. Good service till we went to pay. Pour girl dropped our credit card and took off to try to find it. The second bartender woman was abdolutely rude and snotty to me when I asked where the first woman had gone. Its a great kiddie bar with loud tvs, but no real atmosphere. I could have gone to Best Buy and had the same effect.

If I cant tolerate the smell of a place, I know it's a no go. I should have listened to my nose, when I walked in. This places reeks like a dirty bar rag, mixed with stale beer and bleach. Just disgusting. It's typical greasy fried bar food, that will make you annoyed with yourself for spending your money here. You'd be better off lighting your money on fire, than giving it to this place.

My boyfriend and i stay at hotels around the area about 1 to 2 times a month and sometimes we go to Duffys. this experience was really good i believe our servers name Tiffany, she was really attentive even though she had a large party and a SUPER needy four top in front of us ,she checked back on us after we received our food refilled my drink and was just really friendl.y i know that they have food runners and that from what ive heard from other people that used to work there, the servers really don't have to check back and that the food runners and hosts do all the extra stuff.... but to know that and see her going to the extra mile was awesome and impressive ! hope to go back and request her

I went to this location with my husband on 7/6 around 8pm. We are new to this area and we're looking for spot to hang out. My husband wanted to ask the hostess if this place had a pool table, before he could even finish his sentence the hostess rudely replied in a tone that was less than desirable that she had to seat the people behind us first. I didn't understand why she couldn't answer our question or even just say kindly "one moment please". The bartender was nice enough to talk to us, but we were very dismayed the lack out courteousness by the staff member. Im sure maybe we will come back one day but if you want nicer service head straight to the bar.

I hope management truly does read these reviews, because I for one would go out of my way to avoid this specific location again. I was on a double date with my sister and from the jump, the hostess was rude, openly cursing at friends(?)/customers, and entirely disconcerned with a single person around her. I thought: "maybe she deserves the benefit of the doubt; maybe it's solely because she's all of, what, 16?", but then we encountered our waitress. I have never felt like more of a burden on another person, and we made it as easy for her as we thought possible. I think the vast majority of this staff acquires this predisposition that they are so high above customers that they get to choose who to treat like human beings. We ended up taking our food to-go before it even got to the table. If that waitress rolled her eyes one more time I think they would have fallen out of her head. The only reason this got a star is because the asian sesame wings were decent, so thank god for those. As of right now, I would not return to this establishment, and I will advise anyone I can to avoid it as well. Terrible.

The place is huge, including 2 bars, indoor and outdoor seating (you can also get your food delivered to the connected bowling alley if you wanted). The service is pretty slow even if the restaurant is dead. Chimichurri steak with rice/beans/plantains is what I usually have. Lots of specials on drinks. But they do this weird thing of bringing you a 2nd beer (2for1) in a bucket full of ice rather than just bringing it out after you've finished the first...you know, like a normal person would think of doing. Get a MVP card if you plan on frequenting the chain, it'll save you quite a bit.

this is a strange one. where do i begin?? so it's all lit up with neon so you can't miss it from the next state away. It's connected to a bowling alley, which is then connected to mini-golf, i think. Massive TV screens everywhere as you walk in and you can see the bowling alley right when you walk in towards the back......weird! we sat down by the hostess, which was in a cheerleader skirt. =) one waitress comes up within seconds and takes our drink order and another one comes up and asks what we want for drinks but finds out someone beat her too it and then storms off. HAHA. nice. We had the wings.......meh, nothing to write home about. I had the Jerk chicken.....what possessed me to have Jerk chicken at a sports bar is beyond me. Wrong flavor and it was coated with some sweet sauce that wasn't bad but it wasn't right for the dish. the beans and rice was almost dry as can be. but the plantains were bomb! haha. yeah the "garnish" as the waitress said was the best part of the meal.

There are more time than I can count that a Sports Bar can not fry mozzarella sticks properly and Duffy's you are right up there with many others but by far the worse. Your Fry Chef could not even tell that the oil was dirty or dead for that matter. The server poor gal served me a basked of oil limp sticks of grease! I believe I will not be returning! Yes, she was tipped properly. Oh, the did remove the mozzarella sticks from the bill however I left hungry! So, here is my tip for the back of house manager order new oil, inspect the fryers for clean oil, and fire the fry cook!

I went with a friend this past weekend. For a place that was not even that packed, service was really bad. We ordered the food when the waitress came around to write down our drinks. I am a regular at this Duffys location in SLW. I always have great service and food. You cannot beat the 2 for 1 drinks and apps. Tonight was the first time I've been here and we will never be back. Waited at our FILTHY table for 35 minutes while no one cleaned it after we asked multiple times for the table to be cleaned so we could sit with the rest of our party. Spoke with the manager who blamed us for hovering around the table when they knew which one we needed cleaned. Poor service partnered with staff who doesn't give a hoot about customer service and great customer relations makes this a place I will never visit again.

Absolutely terrible service by Ashley M tonight. First she tried to tell me a Yuengling and a Yueng Yang was 'the same thing' and then refused to do two flavors on our 25 wing order (something we do ALL THE TIME). We waited over an hour for a party of 7 to be squeezed into a booth where we were blocked from seeing the Steelers game the whole time by people who weren't even eating or drinking their food! Not at all happy!

My experience started off pretty poorly. I called at 7:30 pm so that my order would be ready by 8:30 and let them know that I would be there at 8:30 to pick it up. My co worker and I each ordered wings and fries. I realize that this is not a "take out " place, but I waited over 20 minutes for my order, which is annoying when you are on your lunch break and have others waiting on you, especially when you planned ahead and gave ample time. The excuse was..."there are a lot of wing orders waiting". Aside from that, the food was ok. Nothing to make me come back again. The wings weren't anything special. My fries were bland. $15 seems a bit much for mediocre wings and fries that I waited too long for.

The lemon drop martini is the bomb diggity! And it comes with a sugar lollipop! That alone makes it worthwhile. Now throw in good eats and you have a winner. The Asian salad (ahi with cucumbers and pasta with lots and lots of wasabi is wonderful. This place is a winner! Highly recommend !

Tonight I was back at the PSL Duffys. They were cleaning the place with most of the banquette seats open so you could't sit. Couple behind us stood until someone finally came to put it back down. Waitstaff with brooms and tables pulled out. Can't you guys do that when you close? It made us feel like we should eat fast and go. Geez. And this went on through the entire meal. And if that wasn't enough the management staff was all seated at the front table while all this chaos was going on! Ok. We get it. You're trying to impress them. Can you clean up when the customers leave? And what's with the birthdays? There can't be 8 birthdays back to back, can there??? I know it's a sports bar. But it would have been great to hear some conversation. I always hate the line of waiters clapping their hands to b/d chants. (I should have had my customary burger) Thankfully the service was good! Next time I'll have another two for one at the bar. Yeah. That's it. I'll drink more.

it was ok, we were on vacation in the area and it happened to be conected to a bowling alley and arcade , mini golf, laser tag , my 12 year old had a blast , loved the sports themed on every wall , my family is a middle class family , vacation once a year means the world to us, we enjoyed duffys and will return !!!!!

this is a strange one. where do i begin?? so it's all lit up with neon so you can't miss it from the next state away. It's connected to a bowling alley, which is then connected to mini-golf, i think. Massive TV screens everywhere as you walk in and you can see the bowling alley right when you walk in towards the back......weird! we sat down by the hostess, which was in a cheerleader skirt. =) one waitress comes up within seconds and takes our drink order and another one comes up and asks what we want for drinks but finds out someone beat her too it and then storms off. HAHA. nice. We had the wings.......meh, nothing to write home about. I had the Jerk chicken.....what possessed me to have Jerk chicken at a sports bar is beyond me. Wrong flavor and it was coated with some sweet sauce that wasn't bad but it wasn't right for the dish. the beans and rice was almost dry as can be. but the plantains were bomb! haha. yeah the "garnish" as the waitress said was the best part of the meal.

There are more time than I can count that a Sports Bar can not fry mozzarella sticks properly and Duffy's you are right up there with many others but by far the worse. Your Fry Chef could not even tell that the oil was dirty or dead for that matter. The server poor gal served me a basked of oil limp sticks of grease! I believe I will not be returning! Yes, she was tipped properly. Oh, the did remove the mozzarella sticks from the bill however I left hungry! So, here is my tip for the back of house manager order new oil, inspect the fryers for clean oil, and fire the fry cook!

Had take our wings for first time garlic buffalo and Asian sesame was PHENOMINAL.... My opinion better than hurricanes ... & the wing sizes are huge.... Will be returning for sure ....

I went with a friend this past weekend. For a place that was not even that packed, service was really bad. We ordered the food when the waitress came around to write down our drinks. They brought me a water, that I didn't even order, and it had black specs floating around in it. It took 40 minutes for them to bring out a quesadilla appetizer and a salad. Ridiculous.

I am a regular at this Duffys location in SLW. I always have great service and food. You cannot beat the 2 for 1 drinks and apps. There are so many TVs that you can always find something to watch and the staff is willing to change the channel and put on whatever you want. I will continue to visit Duffys weekly!! Thanks!!

Tonight was the first time I've been here and we will never be back. Waited at our FILTHY table for 35 minutes while no one cleaned it after we asked multiple times for the table to be cleaned so we could sit with the rest of our party. Spoke with the manager who blamed us for hovering around the table when they knew which one we needed cleaned. Poor service partnered with staff who doesn't give a hoot about customer service and great customer relations makes this a place I will never visit again.

Seems like the best place to watch a game in Port St. Lucie. The food was upscale bar food and delicious. Bowling alley, batting cages, arcade all in the same building.

Absolutely terrible service by Ashley M tonight. First she tried to tell me a Yuengling and a Yueng Yang was 'the same thing' and then refused to do two flavors on our 25 wing order (something we do ALL THE TIME). We waited over an hour for a party of 7 to be squeezed into a booth where we were blocked from seeing the Steelers game the whole time by people who weren't even eating or drinking their food! Not at all happy!

My experience started off pretty poorly. I called at 7:30 pm so that my order would be ready by 8:30 and let them know that I would be there at 8:30 to pick it up. My co worker and I each ordered wings and fries. I realize that this is not a "take out " place, but I waited over 20 minutes for my order, which is annoying when you are on your lunch break and have others waiting on you, especially when you planned ahead and gave ample time. The excuse was..."there are a lot of wing orders waiting". Aside from that, the food was ok. Nothing to make me come back again. The wings weren't anything special. My fries were bland. $15 seems a bit much for mediocre wings and fries that I waited too long for.

The lemon drop martini is the bomb diggity! And it comes with a sugar lollipop! That alone makes it worthwhile. Now throw in good eats and you have a winner. The Asian salad (ahi with cucumbers and pasta with lots and lots of wasabi is wonderful. This place is a winner! Highly recommend !

Tonight I was back at the PSL Duffys. They were cleaning the place with most of the banquette seats open so you could't sit. Couple behind us stood until someone finally came to put it back down. Waitstaff with brooms and tables pulled out. Can't you guys do that when you close? It made us feel like we should eat fast and go. Geez. And this went on through the entire meal. And if that wasn't enough the management staff was all seated at the front table while all this chaos was going on! Ok. We get it. You're trying to impress them. Can you clean up when the customers leave? And what's with the birthdays? There can't be 8 birthdays back to back, can there??? I know it's a sports bar. But it would have been great to hear some conversation. I always hate the line of waiters clapping their hands to b/d chants. (I should have had my customary burger) Thankfully the service was good! Next time I'll have another two for one at the bar. Yeah. That's it. I'll drink more.
